Tlu Tue
The Tlu Tue revitalization plan is a Fort Nelson First Nation led initiative that strives to reclaim 'Tlu Tue' as a traditional and cultural space essential to its food security.
Tlu Tue is known presently as 'Maxhamish Lake', and currently has protections under the BC Parks system.
The priorities of the Tlu Tue objective are to create a cultural space for the people of the FNFN, as well as to have boots and equipment on the ground to help better understand the effects of climate change, with an emphasis on fish and water health.
